jogging-jogging

bukan main tonggang air kotak tu, penat sungguh teman mama jogging!


Time raya makan bagai nak rak, badan pun rasa berat balik. Masuk minggu ketiga raya, ku kerah diri berjogging setelah lama gile stop. This time jogging dgn Rizqy, first time dekat Taman Tasik Sri Permaisuri. Papa & Rizqy "jogging"satu round tasik, mama dapat 3 round. Alhamdulillah, walaupun lepas tu start sengal2 badan! Dah tekad, kena aktif balik exercise sebab umur makin meningkat kan? Makan still control, tapi kena exercise. And now, proud to share, ku buat sit-up hari- hari paling sikit 300 kali sehari, walaupun mental sikitla nak abiskan 300x tu. Nak lawan Rozita Che Wan punya pinggang yg size 23 setengah tu! Katanya dia sit-up 400x sehari!
